Services
Every environment is reviewed before service begins. Final recommendations depend on device count, data volume, recovery needs, and existing infrastructure.

Selected endpoints back up directly to encrypted cloud storage without requiring an onsite backup server.
Combines fast onsite recovery with a separate offsite copy for stronger protection against hardware loss, theft, and site-level incidents.
How it works

About BVeld
BVeld Infrastructure Services LLC is a Central New York business focused on managed backup infrastructure, backup monitoring, and restore support for small organizations.
The goal is practical: understand what must be protected, build an appropriate backup system, watch for failures, and provide a defined recovery path.
BVeld backup service does not replace endpoint security, patching, MFA, antivirus/EDR, firewall management, or a full cybersecurity program unless those services are separately agreed to in writing.
Frequently asked questions
Cloud synchronization is useful, but it is not automatically a complete backup strategy. Deletions, unwanted changes, synchronization conflicts, retention limits, and account compromise can still affect synchronized data.
Eligible servers may be supported after review. Workloads that require specialized, application-aware database protection may need a different solution.
Limited read-only restore access may be available for onsite systems. Offsite restores are generally handled by BVeld so the recovery process remains controlled.
Managed backup and restore is BVeld's primary public service. Other IT work is not included unless it is separately scoped and agreed to.
Email BVeld with your business name, approximate device count, current backup method, and the systems or files that would be most damaging to lose.
